Like half the pedals I own now don't take batteries.

My looper works perfect and this pedal is fucking AMAZING. I love the delay on it! Wow. For 50 bucks I feel like I ripped someone off here.

Not that I haven't, but the problem is all these builders making cool things that don't use batteries.

...And also since I got that Pedal Power from Schlatte for ILFSS (thanks again!) it's way easier to just use a power brick.

Similar thing happened to me. Bought one for short money on ebay, needed to send it in for repair, Akai just sent me a brand new unit. Had to pay shipping, but I've dealt with worse hassles.
