Warden Sustain

Post by oldangelmidnight »

I'm looking for a compressor for bass to give me super sustain. I'd been thinking about the Pigtronix Philosopher's Tone. But maybe rather the Warden?

I have The Warden and I like it. It has almost zero noise to it, unless you really push it. I need to mess with it more to get good settings though, know of any suggested settings? I play bass as well.
Listen, the WORLD is my board. All of the pedals are on it, just out of my reach..

I really love The Warden. It's the first pedal in my signal chain and the amount of volume and sustain on tap is incredible. I have a Fulltone O.C.D. and a Nine of Swords Burial at Sea on my board and it takes them both to another level. I frig around with most of the controls but I have Tone at about 2 o'clock (on the treble side) and Sustain is dimed.
