Oh, man, no. Avoid Night of the Demons at all costs. My affection for that was not a product of taste. That was teenage nonsense. The other movie I really liked at that time was Toxic Avenger.

Damn Blurillaz... I think we have the same bad (but great) 80s movie taste, I saw that film when I was 7 and it shat me up good! Eye gouging... :omg: The Beyond was pretty good too for Italian horror but confused the hell outta me the first time I saw it.

Event Horizon was pretty awesome too though, didn't find it that scary though, gotta stick Evil Dead II onto my list & dusk till dawn I even kinda liked The House On Haunted Hill remake except for the ending...

htsamurai wrote:Midnight Meat Train

Was The Midnight Meat Train the one with Vinnie Jones in it? I thought that was just a bit weird for the sake of weird, although still good, a sequel could work well though... I prefered Hellraiser.

Silent Hill was pretty good too... and if people want some proper bad horror, check out Bad Taste... it's the first film the Lord of the Rings director made and it's pretty damn funny and disgusting.

Oh and Check out Trick 'R' Treat, a good halloween film I thought, although not exactly scary...

I just had a seizure from the lines in the "k" fighting for control...

The last two movies of the Evil Dead series were great. And Bad Taste will be investigated...

I've also always had a soft spot for Critters...

I have never been more scared then when I first saw the Village. Laugh all you want, but I thought those costumes were the scariest shit ever.

Trying to remember correct names...

Orca (Great film about a killer whale that terrorizes an alaskan town)

Jack Frost 2 (there aren't words for this one)

If you can't tell I like horror movies that are so bad they're funny...

But I'd love a miniberator prototype! It will match my red sparkle RRR!

Call me old fashioned, but the original Halloween is probably tops on my list. And also the highest grossing independent film for a long long time. And that theme music!

How about Meet the Feebles, Bad Taste, Braindead/Dead Alive? 3 of my favorite horror movies EVER made 2 of which are made by Sir Peter Jackson, speaking of Mr. Jackson, I forgot The Frighteners... and on another note... Cannibal Holocaust, Scanners, Cannibal Ferox, Susperia, Night of the Living Dead and don't forget classics like Dracula, Wolfman, Frankenstien and so on an so forth... I can do this all day :) Do I win? :poke: :poke:

Oh you're in for a world of pain if we're going for number of horror films known

The Frightners was pretty good actually, I haven't seen that in a few years although i'd call it more of a comedy supernatural thriller than horror...

Any other classics missed? I suppose Day of the Dead hasn't been mentioned but it wasn't the strongest of the trilogy.

An American Werewolf in London hasn't been mentioned I don't think and that's a great film.. oh and Idle Hands.. Comedy Stoner Horror with Jessica Alba, Seth Green and The Offspring... an interesting mix.

How Ryan is going to sort this out into a random contest from these results I have no idea... it's gone the way of the 'I love Dr. Scientist' Thread

And Who saw Drag me to Hell? I thought it was crap!
