That sounds sweet, vidret. And the pube is a nice touch!
I'm rocking out with this setting today:
Hi/lo pass filter. Very sharp and feedback-y. Control the feedback with your guitar's tone knob (past 7 and it goes crazy for me. yum) and control the pitch of the oscillation with ctrl1 (but you've got to keep it past 1 o'clock). Gain is almost cranked. Make sure you have the volume down on the BQ or you'll burst an eardrum/nut. I like it for those slow and trance-like Jesus and Mary Chain chord sort of deals.

Have been working on a demo of the dirty side of the BQ for ages but I can't get the audio to sync correctly in iMovie. I've since found out that iMovie shifts audio/video one frame at a time which which means it is always fucking wrong. Probably going to fork out for dreamsync when I get paid. The things you do for the BitQuest hey?
Ps. this thread rules because the dirty quest is absolutely brutal.

That’s quarter-assed at best.

hear ye, hear ye. The Knobs demo and this thread made me realize how stupid I would have been for trading off my BQ. You stay, my beautifully strange noise-maker.

that would drive me fucking crazy, because I could still use just one of them at any given moment
Sounds crazy, but this is why I sold mine. Too many sounds, I felt like I was never going to be able to use it to it's fullest.
i was worried i might feel like that (felt like that with the mobius) but i really don't, probably because i just switched my ghost echo reverb that i barely used for the bitquest - so i'm basically okay just using the reverb on the bitquest because that's what i would've had otherwise anyways.
And if I do end up using other stuff (oh my god the flanger) then that's just better.
It's a fair point.
I felt the same way for awhile.
I've come to think that the name says it all:
This pedal is about discovery.
It's about trying every fucking setting until one just nestles into you, and there you are.
You may think you're about infinite reverb, and discover that you are a flange man deep in your heart.

man, the dirty reverb! full reverb on the pedal and gain it up and then back off the mix to get clean playing and gainy reverb!
To dirty reverb! So awesome with the clean. Dirty delay is even awesomer. You set the mix so that you get that nice strong clean tone, but then the dirty delay makes it feel like you are playing with full on distortion. So you get super clarity but also the appearance of massive distorted sustain. Will post a pic. Also vidret I shall pm you.
