I don't know they were that flaky… I've had mine over ten years.. the one thing I do like about the switch is the spring and auto on so you can tap it and get a big BLUMP! sound

I had the old 105Q and I dug it for some things, but I can't get with spring-loaded wahs anymore, I like being able to find a sweet spot and leave the wah half-cocked.

My Favorite is the Vox Big Bad Wah.

It has enough flexibility for me without feeling like i have to write down where knobs are suppsed to be.

My Wahs up until then were (In no order)
Dunlop Cry Baby
Morley Bad Horsie
Morley Wah
Vox Clyde McCoy

though I aim to go on a wah bender and pickup a Dimebag Wah and Zakk Wylde Wah. Even though I don't really like the company or the players. Just seems like they'd round out some of the extremes or be easy "preset"s.
Great dealings with: ryan summit, UncleGrandfather, Pizza, hbombgraphics, dangergirlstarship, Clockworker, kosta

For me it's all about what you want or need the wah to do. Different wahs are good for different things IMO so it's really hard to pick a favorite. I'm quite fond of the WH-10 circuit though for a lot of stuff but I also like a classic wah sound. It's all about what you need the wah to do. :hello:

I need a full range filter; or rather that's what I like. I would additionally love to be able to switch between lp, hp, and bandpass modes with variable poles, but hey, one can dream, right?

Filter, isn't what the Freaker is all about?

Yeah d00d! I bought the Freaker because it sounded completely full and the cutoff was very low (no audible noise passing), so full range sweeps. Low the demos. Hope it lives up to the billing.

True, and that is why for wahing I just use a mooger LPF with expression :thumb:

I had an old Dunlop 535 (non-Q) that I really liked. Not sure why I sold it.

I'm using a Jerry Cantrell Crybaby these days and I like it's deep voice.

I thought the DOD FX17 was the best until I tried the AMT WH1, but is too fucking small.

Has anyone on here used both the regular sized Morley pedals and the mini Morley pedals? I really like the sweep/feel of the large Morleys but I don't like how much room they take up. I've been interested in getting one of the minis but I was wondering how they compare.
