Hey all!
We are looking to purchase a new audio interface at work but we're not sure on what to get by way of sample bit rate. Our chooses are 48, 98, & 196? Most of the final product will be used on TV & radio spots.

Re: audio interface question
Good quality 24 bit, the 48/96 etc divide is pretty minor compared to 16 v 24. 196 etc is getting into classical recording corksniffer country.
I have interfaces capable up to 192 (most at 96, couple at 48), and frankly I record in the DAW at 24/48 fulltime. 24/44 isn't any functionally different either it seems.
But for work, spend what they want to spend. Will also depend on what you're meaning by TV and radio spots etc as well.
Radio spots aren't very demanding other than format in terms of sound quality, especially if some is going to the talk-radio/workplace type market.
