Just got a free ds-1

So my grandma came home from work today and calls to tell me the lady at her job gave her a guitar pedal to give to me because her son moved out she knows that I play. So now that i have a free pedal that I dont care about its time to try and mod the shit out of it. Im not going for the whole keely mod thing mainly switching out resistors and such or whatever I can squeeze in there and see if I can make some hellish noise. Lets hope I dont ruin this thing.

Good point Aen I just got home from class so its time to see what I can pull off. that casper elcectronics mod sounds pretty cool ill have to run to radioshack and pick up a toggle i'm not to sure if i have one around here. if this goes well by the time i have to go to work ill be back with pics and a shitty macbook video.

hey been poking around and havent gotten anything cool out of it. just jumped some resistors that were next to each other and i got some more low end out of it so its not as piercing and it seems to have gotten louder. i guess this is what happens when you know next to nothing about this shit haha. at least it still makes noise ill prob just paint it up something and put it in a feedback loop and see what kinda sounds i can get.
