I actually really want a guitar with less frets. I don't know where I could find one like that. I've never written anything that goes about the 15th, and it seems like it might be more comfortable if everything was closer in. Like maybe move the bridge back on the body closer to the end of guitar and just remove several inches of neck. If this already exists I want it.

19 frets but no cutaway, so practically speaking, what, 15?

That things pretty rad. I had an epiphone dot for a few years and could never gel with it at all. I'm trying to not let that turn me off from big ol' semi hollow guitars, but it did a little. maybe trying out another is just what I need... :yay:

21/22, but in a perfect world, every single guitar would have "the Mustang fret", which any long-time abuser of the instrument knows you can make fun whale sounds on the pickup cover of the Mustang's neck pickup reliably!
