Syl, I'd love to get a Nelson acoustic, but unless one pops up used it's way out of my budget. I like the idea of buying a locally made guitar, so I'm thinking a used Larrivee (prior to the move from Vancouver production to California) would be a good buy. Plus, I've yet to play a Larrivee that isn't awesome.
what model is that? I really really REALLY want a tele custom/tele deluxe type guitar, but with 22 frets. All the ones I've seen until now only have 21. Well, I'd prefer a humbucker in the bridge instead of a singlecoil, but still... what model is that?
That is indeed a sexy little stick! I recently got Lollars in mine (Special T in bridge 250K and Regal in neck 500K). Sounds ten times better. Best money I spent on gear all year.

Really awesome guitar. Love it!

Schlatte, you have to join the '72 club. It's kinda like the dark side of the force, but awesome instead.
I love the look of the '72 body, but the dark body with the really bright looking maple fretboard/headstock looks kinda off to me. I almost bought a walnut 72 tele once, but again the neck put me off. If I could get a 72 walnut tele with rosewood fretboard (preferably 22 frets) and dark-ish (or even matching ) headstock, I'd buy the fuck out of it.

I have exactly same pickups.
