Pedalboard recommendations?

Post by CBGB »

I'm crap with my hands so I'm not making one, so does anyone have recommendations for good pedalboards? Things to avoid, be wary of?

Cheers - cb

The pedal train stuff is great. I have a PT2 and love it.

I give a big thumbs up to the LYT boards. I dig mine.

I like PT. Mainly for the gig bag really. I use to make all my own boards in the past but I don't have the time anymore. PTs are nice and make routing connections easy.

I just got the PT-1 (Guitar Center excl.) and it does the trick. Its $120 for the board and hard case, apparently same as the PT-2.

It depends how many pedals you need to put on it - I have (currently) sabine tuner > phantom octave > ab synth > arc flash > octave drone > dan echo > Bud wah + running on it.

I tried one of those powered SKB ones before, Pedal Train is definitely the way to go. Very functional, lightweight.

+1 on pedal train...I got a sweet deal on a ptpro and a pp2 from heartben and they were both a perfect fit.

 nao I sad. Probably should have done the 220 for a pt1 with hardcase and pp2+...oh well. Maybe I'll make one since I got a DC brick for super cheap instead...
