You're right, if you don't need a booster, I can't figure how you could have some interest in it. But despite other boosters, il preserves the tone untouched, only emphatizing lows and highs like the L.A.L Thunder Boxx. Maybe it hasn't the same frequencies of the Lastgasp boosted, but I found it very versatile and afforbable. Try it after an Openhaus or a Fuzzrocious The Demon, and you'll get one of the massive dist you've ever heard.
Dark Barn wrote:Chankgeez is right, the 3Leaf owner was trying to be clever with his pre-release hype and made a reference to it being his Rusty Box. As it's only a clean boost the reference was in regards to the enclosure, which is slightly oxidized.
In fact, even if it's studied as a clean boost, I found the way it pushes an overdriven amp verysimilar to the way the Boxidizer does: same high harmonics, same rumbling lows. So the reference to Tronographic is not so arbitrary.

You're not a musician, you're a low frequencies generator!

Many thanks for the interest! The new album is almost finished :thumb: . We're just in the middle of the mastering process.... Expect it for the end of january. BTW, I can't wait for it too: I'm still listening to the premixed stuff all day!

Anyways, with the Model T of our other guitarist, the Donsharizer seems to work way better, but with my setup, baritone and Laney Klipp, the 3Leaf brings every chord in another dimension.
