I'll be able to compare the two in a little over a month or whenever my revolver gets here. :joy:

It's about 300 euros.

It is worth every cent.

I paid 330 euros but I think the 30 was for priority shipping outside Europe so yeah.
It was like 440aud at the time but the exchange rate keeps getting worse, might be a bit better for you though.

I used tons of Blue Box and Minifooger Ring Mod, as well as a whammy for octaves and a Digidelay for those really short loops ala Mylets and Tera Melos. Towards the end I had a big box POG that I used a lot too. I always used a really straight up dirt like a Tubescreamer or a Rat and an analog delay for oscillations and a little ambience.
This sounds so fucking fun.
It was a total blast! The bass player would run a bunch of my DOD modulations through a feedback looper and it would make all these crazy awesome video game sounds. I also forgot to mention I had a PS-5 that I abused horribly for really quick whammy up sounds. The PS-5 is an awesome glitch pedal. Really awesome.

I've been basing whole sets of guitar noise stuff recently off the particle and ps2 with some really deep lo fi reverbs, so, yeah, those two backed.

I haven't heard Tera Melos, but DOD Buzz Box has unstable settings. Fuzz Factory with Stability minimized is glitchy.

What's the difference between the ps2 and ps3?

PS3 has more functions/modes and exp. control. I went for the PS2 because I like to work with limited possibilities.

The PS-3 has a more hi-fi sound. Less wobbly sounding due to longer sampling times. Other advantages over the PS-2: reverse mode (can sound a bit like a cello in this mode), various dual pitch shifting and detune modes, 2 octaves up or down (12 half steps plus another instant octave jump) and expression pedal mode, but this one sucks. Not a bit like a whammy, because it's simply like turning the pitch potentiometer and it works in half step intervals only and doesn't create nice sweeps.

The 2 and 3 are completely different sounding pedals. The 2 in particular is probably the harshest sounding pedal I've ever owned. It's sort of awful but because of that it has a lot of interesting uses. Definitely the more 'glitchy' one. The 3 is a lot more versatile but I think it's an easier pedal to substitute other things for.
