I put my Great divide back on the B/S/E if that counts. I spent a lot of time GASing for the pedal, and my tastes in pedals and such changed while gassing for it, so when I finally got it I wasn't too into it. It's a lesson learn about not letting GAS sit for too long without being checked.
Obviously the only solution is to buy things sooner.

We should have a game show à la Name That Tune
Inconuucl: I can shoegaze that tune with 5 pedals.
other contestant: I can shoegaze that tune with 4 pedals.
Inconuucl: I can shoegaze that tune with 3 pedals.
other contestant: OK, shoegaze that tune!

- Lovetone Big Cheese. Bought it new, and payed a lot for it too. Not as much as what they go for these days though. Got stolen.
- Missed out on a vintage ibanez AD-9 for $50. Apparantly the dude in the shop was clueless. Hesitated like a dumbass, and someone beat me to it.
- Old Marshall 1965a cab for $180. Hesitated like a dumbass and someone beat me to it.
- Orange OR120: Bought and sold it agian for about half of what they're worth now.
- Early '70s Marshall SuperBass, with one channel converted to SLP specs: Also sold it way too cheap, and miss it ever since.
- Original JBL speakers that came in my SF twin reverb: Got stolen.
I have two gear related regrets but neither are that bad.
1) I sold my Vox AC4TV, which was the best sounding little bedroom amp I've ever heard.
2) Trading my Recording King ROS-06 for a bunch of cheap, shitty pedals. Sure it was a cheap guitar and it was an even trade but I miss it so much. It was the perfect acoustic for me. Also I still haven't bought another acoustic and I really wish I had one.

Hah! I burned one up by accident, flipped another one and now have my third. Well I think it's my third? My problem is I've owned most effects multiple time and I just can't be satisfied. The fuck is wrong with me?
