So I was having kind of a shitty day today. Did a group buy on TB and it wasn't turning out the way I'd hoped, the tech that was supposed to be fixing my amp hasn't even touched it and to top it off I was stuck getting my car fixed for two hours at Toyota today for some recall on my transmission.
By the end of today all but 2 pedals have shipped out, that's almost 4k worth of pedals.

TB pulled through.
A Mesa rep on TB contacted me after I posted on TB about how frustrated I was with the tech for not even touching my amp. The rep got the president of Mesa to approve to send me a brand new amplifer! A brand new one!!! Hahaha. I have a brand new Bass Prodigy on the way to me right now! I should have it by the end of the week or Monday at latest. The best part is they are making the tech ship the other amp back so I don't have to mess with it. They told me they do not do replacements and that mine was a special case and they wanted me to be happy. Talk about the best fucking customer service I've EVER experienced. These guys are going to be my amp people for good. You can't replace something as valuable as service like that. I'm so thrilled I could literally jump for joy. Made me feel great to know someone cared.
Fuck that tech though. Dudes a dick. He was mad at me for even asking about my amp.
Just thought I'd share.
Oh and my car is fine now too.
