Mazel Tov! Rics are the coolest. It's the one piece of gear I couldn't imagine selling (unless it was for a different Ric).
Buy my gear! viewtopic.php?f=44&t=58763

I know what you mean, man. I had a 360 that I loved and sold to get a 480. And now I have a matching 480/4001 which kinda fucking rules.

Those Rics... *drool*. After playing a blue 4001 at a studio through a Bassman a few years back, I can see why people so desperately want one.
Anyway, won't complain with my setup. Pedulla Rapture RB5.

Fender CIJ Mustang Bass
I actually just got this the other day. I am a guitar player, but I like to play around with the bass. I have a Geddy Lee jazz bass but found it hard to transition from guitar to bass with a full scale and tiny hands, so I traded it away for this. I am in love. Perfect bass for what I do.

I wasn't sure I would love the white, but once I saw it in person I was sold. I would love to replace the pick-guard with a nice custom made tort guard just because I am not in love with the stock tort. We will see when I have some money again haha

I've got one of these in ocean turquoise metallic (with stripes), with flatwound chromes on it it's just great.
My Jaguar has lots of switches and custom wiring, etc. This, on the other hand, is as simple as it gets but it's near perfect for me...

it's a cort.
I like it.
it's a short scale.
I have it in tenor tuning.
