THIS. Sadly it didn't really grab me. But their delay sounds incredible.Tristan wrote:Seems to sound very meh to me to be honest, thin and messy but not really brutal...

Commando is one of Arnie's greatest in my opinion! So many choice one liners, so much ammunition, Bennett's chain mail shirt...the works really.

Pic just went up on their IG. But yeah, I'll wait for more demos and shit before I pass judgment. Like I know there are parts where it sounded thin bit it hass a bass boost feature and stuff so we'll see soon enough.

the burlap hoods were a little much for me, but in general i'm appreciating their approach to demos. no demo is ever going to really let you hear how a pedal is going to sound in your hands. you just get an idea about what it's generally about. and i think their demos do that in spades in a more creative and interesting way than a lot of others. you don't get an in depth knob for knob explanation and demo, which is often boring as fuck and useless anyway, but you do get an idea of "some things you can actually do with this pedal". which is cool.

I dig it. It sounded thin at times but it does have a blend and bass toggle. I think this demo and the first for their delay are more to peek intrest. I'm sure they will do another closer to Samhain where we will see knobs a turnin.

I'll wait for some more demos (or a flip).

Yeah, I'm not feeling much gas for this one. I liked the video more than the pedal.UglyCasanova wrote:$180. http://www.oldbloodnoise.com/pedals/haunt-fuzzUncle Grandfather wrote:any word on the price? under 200$ seems likely?

Yeah. I was thinking it was a reverb+fuzz or something. A lot less pumped now -- mostly because for $180 I can get much more out of a fuzz.

Anyone know how this sounds on bass?
