Sexy but i think studios look 100X better without the pickguard .
I still havent decided whether to keep the pickguard on or not. I have a set of straplocks sitting here that I haven't gotten around to putting on it either.
I have a bunch, but these are the two ive been playing the most lately. 94 american std strat w/ texas specials rosewood 95 american std strat w/ vintage noiseless and pearl pick guard. maple 11 gauge strings
I had an idea a couple years ago to make a frankenstrat. ... even named it Frankie. Its far from modified besides a set of Mighty Mite pickups, but the name stuck.

Yeah, I think pickguards hide the beauty of the Les Paul's body. Like putting Penelope Cruz in a trenchcoat.... although that could be hot too...
New GFS pickguard came today and I installed the mean90 I had been waiting to pop in The old invader was too hot for my taste (that's what my shred guitar is for), the mean90 is a great fit, exactly what I was looking for.
