DECISIONS
Yup, I keep a sheet with presets because of it. It sounds completely different with each of my instruments too, it's pretty crazy.

Can't wait to try! But now all I'm thinking is if I should order some new strings as well... I kinda went nuts on the laBellas I have now and got waaay too fat ones.
Guuuuhhh... you guys and your VI talk make me question EVERYTHING!

I do okay with D'Addarios 24-84. I didn't wanted to get too heavy strings because I'm really looking for a super fat baritone sound and not a proper bass sound. With better quality strings, the.84 low E is not really floppy anymore. Maybe still not perfect, but quite there.

Yeah, I really kinda overdid it with the 112er low e...
I think something like a 94 would do quite well on the low e. And it would probably handle my dropped D tuning fine as well.

Style gasing really hard for a Black Fountain.
Dude that black fountain has gotta be the next pedal you buy
A guy I know has one and loves it and you've been lusting after it for so long!
myrrh wrote:What guitar do you use? I contantly broke high e's on my jazzmaster. There it was the screw on the trem system touching the string. Changed to a mastery one and now it never happens.
Yeah I have a jaguar so a mastery would be good
I'm pencilling in a guitar overhaul (new pups, shielding, wiring, etc) so ill chuck a mastery on that list I guess :idk: I still feel weird, like others, spending money on utility shit like that. although I'm sure it'll be worth it

Also I bought the count to 5 :snax: I need to stop spending money on gear I guess but I can always resell stuff and make at least some of the money back :idk: if I ever need it

I know. A friend has one and let me try it out on my rig and I really really really really really need one. It's just beautiful the way it will feedback for so long without oscillating. And the modulation sounds on the organ setting is heaven. Like the only modulation I'll ever ever want to use. It's just not easy setting some money aside for it with the secret satan gift making. I want to make sure I can fulfill my commitment to my victim before I spend some fun moniez for myself.

And congrats on the CT5 :thumb:

I dont know but I'm loving stacking the gb24 and ct5. i like having the gb24 dirty up the ct5.

edit: a ct5, MWFX Judder, gb24 sandwich is amazing and taking up a lot of my time.

Baritone. Baritone baritone baritone.

Sooner or later I either I need to break down and get a conversion neck for my partscaster or go the Rondo route. The new Douglas bari-tele is tempting, price is right, even though the wood on the stock photo is kinda :wha?: . The offset is equally tempting; even better price, especially since it comes with a case (HSC?), and I haven't had anything with a wang bar for awhile.

I wanna but I need to lay low for the moment, the IRS are on my back so I can't buy much till my tax advisor has cleared the deal with them and I need some sort of recording thing to make the clips work out.
