My all-time shittiest reverb: Pioneer SR-9
The signal strength indicator is really cool, the green rings light up in sequence corresponding to the level. The reverb sounds like ASS, though...and the mix level is so weak that it's useless as far as instruments go.
It's kind of entertaining for a minute if you're running stereo equipment through it.

wow, was that early surround sound for the home theatre
I don't have my SGE hooked up currently or I'd run you something up. $50 tops IMO - it's far below the Qverb in both usable and nasty sounds (and editing). I pulled it to make space for my Lexicon Vortex that came in recently.
The one thing I can warn you on in any of that era's stuff - editing is a chore sometimes. You *can* assign anything anywhere to midi on any of them for realtime control but what you can/can't do is limited by hardware design in spades.
Of the bunch for pure $$/benefit relationship I'd get a basic Quadraverb, shell out the $15 for the Q+ upgrade eprom (ebay has them all day, it's a simple in/out swap), and be on my way to making rindmod'd badly EQ'd verb all day.

My pedalboard costs approximately 191 Metal Zones.
I think what we all need is something like a cheap Pawn shop amp reverb in a pedal.
I had an old Holmes Mississippi Bluesmaster, and that reverb just sounded...haunted.
I wish I had that sound again.
The Realistic Reverb is a noise machine - it has two ins and outs (RCA and 1/4").
1. Run a fun pedal in a loop, with your normal in/out (I use it as a source though... no input)
2. ?
3. Profits!
(Don't pay more than $25)
The Behringer reverb is easy to get harsh and unpleasant. I think the Mooer Shimverb can sound pretty lousy too. Anything cheap with Spring reverb can probably sound awful, if you want it to.

that wedge is funny looking. i bet it sounds craptastic in the best way possible.
do they make any reverbs w/ an effects loop? or something like that only has effects on the wet?
if not, there should be.
I actually own a wedge, and I find it really detailed sounding. A lot of the reverb+modulation patches get really crazy. It also hates volume boosts. Nice and roboty. Doesn't get real trashy by itself though.

Weirdly, maybe 7-8 years ago I was looking into a Quadraverb because I wanted really beautiful, "Corpus Christi Carol"-style big reverbs. Now I'm revisiting it for basically the opposite purpose!
(and I should add that the multitap remains one of the most configurable ones I've ever used - it can get within inches of my Space Echo, and in some ways does it better in individual head management/mix)
