Re: What's the most you would pay for a fuzz pedal

On what you're describing (which I'm interested in as I'm looking at getting a Bee-Baa derived something in the near futures again), I can't say I'd need/want expression control for any of them.

If gunning to be bass/instrument friendly, I'd add a blend option.

No need really to keep it a secret. Plus you guys are my bros. I really like the honesty of this community so all thoughts are appreciated.
OK, what's that blurry pedal on your board then? :D

Yes! Forgot to add it will have a dry blend as well!

Sorry there's been so much back and forth that the details get blurred! Hahaha.

I will have a prototype in around a month, maybe a month and a half. If all goes well, I'll be having my buddy Mr. Excane demo the proto and then refining things or making alterations if necessary.

I wanted this to be useful instead of just balls to the wall, but it will be both. :)

Low mids and high mids controls. Awesome!

I'd like to see a parallel fuzz with stereo outs or something. In which case, two blend knobs would prob be necessary. Or a blend between 2 fuzz tones. And a boost. Two boosts! The expression could pan the mid freq notch boost or the blend. I don't know.

OK so this is definitely happening and will be hopefully out before Christmas. Hopefully.

So right now I'm working with this.

Bee Baa based fuzz
Four Band Eq
Clean blend
Extra stomp for scooped mids on the fly
Expression out for sustain control
Top Mounted jacks and power supply
SMD PCB components with board mounted jacks (maybe) and board mounted pots
Footswitches on ribbon connection for clean ascetics

Custom enclosure designs obviously.

Other stuff as it develops or changes.

I'm very excited.

jwar knows what's up.
i've never actually played a Bee Baa before. interested to see how this turns out. four band EQ is awesome, i get bored when fuzzes only have one knob for tone.
