I've sort of written off all chorus pedals that aren't the Polytope because I want one so bad, but I really may be missing out on the vibrato side. And let's face it, I'm not getting a Polytope anytime soon .

Also. Derailing my own thread. But does anyone make a true random pitch vibrato?
the shaker can effect momentarily, while your holding it down, if i am correct!

The mini version too? Forgot to specify.

Really, this is a huge pipe dream for a grand total of 5 seconds of this specific need.

Adam from copilot had a fx loop that took the ideas of the molecule, but instead of signal chop it was the fx loop. Hasn't produced it yet since he wants more capital to release it under a different brand, but holler at him. He'll set ya right.

I have the ohnoho chk chk boom feedback looper with the loop mute switch, which basically turns it into a true bypass looper with a momentary foot switch, if im not mistaken. So you would just put the effect you want in the loop and you can have it whenever you want it. Also just a great pedal for noise and experimentation, cheap too.

I like that too. Can you switch it from momentary to latching? I would hate to be restricted to one or the other. gotta have it all, you know?

No, you would need two separate switches for that. One momentary, one latching.

I have two Cosmichoruses on my board - one for vibrato and one for chorus. It can be as subtle as you like, or really nuts. I think (obviously) it's the best and most versatile chorus out there. The Polytope does multivoice pitch detuning, which is a similar but different thing. It too is rad.

The Cosmichorus does random pitch vibrato too, if you control it with a Lightfoot Labs Goatkeeper or maybe with a Copilot Broadcast though I haven't tried the latter one.
I'm not the biggest fan of the vibrato sounds of the Cosmichorus myself though, it gets a bit too seasick too fast for my tastes, unlike for instance the Warped Vinyl, however that doesn't seem to work as good as the Cosmichorus with the Goatkeeper in random mode.
good deals with: the_brow, phantasmagorovich, alexsga, DarkAxel, goroth, The Wood Wizard, Tendollarcat, vbps, monkeydancer, intothegroove, Brobee

I don't think it would be too hard to build, I'm sure skulls or anyone from the shark tank could knock one out pretty easy

tym guitars does the big bottom which is a blended effects loop with a crossover. Sends all your highs through the pedals and you mix it back in with a clean (and very boosted) low end. They're expensive by american standards and limited by how many he can make but jesus are they worth it. I've never taken mine off since I got it a few years ago.

That said, I'm not a 100% sure that's what you're looking for and maybe a momentary loop is more what you want, for sure.

I don't know about "true" but if you modulate parameters on Warped Vinyl (i.e. RPM aka vibrato rate, and Warp) you are getting that feel
