Yeah, but where's the real Shaftesbury to compare it to?

Thanks for the Trogo demos!
Reminds me of the SAS - glitchier, not as thick, but definitely some amount of overlap.

I seriously regret not buying that Trono when I had the chance. I think it was from a lack of demos. Sounds amazing man.

Oscillating, no; Tube badassery, yes. Basically it's a low-wattage EF-86 amp crammed into a 5"x5" enclosure - turn everything up and it sounds like an old single-ender getting ready to collapse on it's self. Sounds monstrous - I'm running two on my board.
Was marketed, poorly, to the blues lawyer set. No one bought them, GC blew them out for $99, and when they still didn't sell they moved the remaining units for $49 6 months later. Great little unheralded box.

I had an older version of the 77 and I dug it. Was pretty cool for what it did. Kind of wish I still had it but oh well

Its pretty versatile and has been great on every instrument I've used it to process. I'm looking outward to using on live drum tracks.skullservant wrote:I had an older version of the 77 and I dug it. Was pretty cool for what it did. Kind of wish I still had it but oh well
