So, in lieu of getting a new guitar (more like, to stop me temporarily...) I've decided to upgrade my slightly busted 1996 strat, the neck is on its last legs and I rather have other pickups than the standard single coils. But now I have some questions in regards to pick-up choices, neck replacements, etc etc.
Have you guys tried the Seymour Duncan Everything Axe loaded pickguard? How is it?
Do you guys recommend any necks for strat replacement, or should I just stick to warmoth?
Any other upgrades I can look into? Bridge/tremolo upgrades?

Re: Upgrading Strat
Warmoth make good necks. Musikraft does as well. If you use the Trem alot, you might consider an upgrade.

Musikraft, mightymight, warmoth, allparts,...You usually get the quality you pay for imo. Though in that regard, Warmoth is rather pricey imo.
