This isn't really noise rock but I found the 10" for $4 years ago haha... It's pretty awesome.

Reverb Bomb are from my town. They do garagey punk rock, but they can get pretty noisy, especially live.

The Birthday Party were awesome. Melbourne (my home city) had a great noise rock scene in the late 70s early 80s. Sadly I was just a little to young to be able to enjoy it. Some great bands came out of that scene. Beasts of Bourbon were another great band from that period that should be checked out. I spit on your gravy and the Painters and Dockers also.
