Ha ha ha ha - yeah, there was a part of me that wanted to make it a short campaign for the immediate gratification of getting Tom cash right away, but I knew that a longer campaign would let more people participate.UglyCasanova wrote:I'm glad this lasts for another 20 days, because I'm broke but really want...no, need these

Re: ILF Benefit Tees
jrmy, have you spoken to Tom about doing a drive like this once a year or so?
My local community radio station has an annual subsriber drive with special prizes and stuff, it keeps them funded where there is little help from the government.
If we could buy badass shirts every year (or six months...or frequently) I think it could really be a thing.
Maybe even have a vote off for designs or members could nominate designs for the community to vote on?
(Yes, I just want to put corpse paint on a face and put that on a shirt.)

Yeah this is a cool idea. Tom always has a bunch of dope artwork and we have amazing artists here. I kind of want to set up an ILF mix tape too, the first attempt didn't go as planned but just offering it as a digital download would be dope.Iommic Pope wrote:jrmy, have you spoken to Tom about doing a drive like this once a year or so?

I was definitely planning on doing more than just this run - I'd be happy to do 'em as often as need be! I hadn't considered a vote-off - that would be fun! I think there'll always be a desire for a basic tee, so maybe we could always run two (maybe not in parallel next time): one basic logo tee (maybe switching up color & typeface), and one deluxe that's based on member submission.
Also, I was thinking it would be cool to do a Doom Room-specific one, too - Doomers need shirts! And we could get away with some BROOTZ ART with that one for sure. Blessed Black Wings style all the way!!!!

I'd like either to be a zip up hoodie. But I like this place enough that I can go for another tshirt.
