Need help with a sound module (synth related)

Post by Confuzzled »

Hey all,

I'm looking for a new sound module for my controller. I currently use an old kawai pop synth module that I've had for years that as of late makes a distorted sound when I press the keys. I'm looking for something with dreamy lush sounds to compliment my dissonant noisy guitar. Not looking to spend a lot. Not really into programming so nice built in sounds would be great.

Any suggestions?

I just picked up a Yamaha TG33, haven't played it yet. It uses "vector synthesis" like the Wavestation. They go for like $200.

Or get a Blofeld

That Yamaha TG 33 sounds so 1980s in the most awesome way. I closed my eyes and it took me back there to 1982.
