A very kind gentleman has not only sent me his PLL for repair, but his Two Face Fuzz as well for tracing (as thanks for fixing his PLL).
So stay tuned for a future thread on the dissection of the Two Face. If you folks thought the PLL was a rats nest of wiring, it's nothing compared to the TF. Basically, take the PLL, compress it 5 fold, and you've got the jist of the TF.

When I owned a two-faced it CLEARLY had some cross-talk problems, I unscrewed it and looked into the hell mouth and quickly shoveled it all back in and ran away.

If there is to be a layout, it'll be a UKToecutter PCB, hopefully for the 1590BB.5KVNQW0RK5 wrote:if you could reverse the two face and come up with a layout that would fit in either a 1590BB or 1690, i'd shit my pants in amazement.
I'll be more than happy to show off the layout genius of UKT...

What is it? It's a Frostwave Resonator, designed to drop directly into any Dunlop Crybaby shell. Not only that, but there's a daughterboard that carries switches, and indicator LED's. Why? Because not only will it have all the original CV controls, but with a dual gang pot in the pedal, you'll be able control any CV parameter via the pedal.
But wait... there's more!
You'll also be able to select voltage polarity for any of the CV's you're controlling. That way, you can have one going up, while the other's going down. The indicator LED's are bicolored, so you'll know which CV is selected for pedal control, and which polarity it's operating on.
Still on the test bench, but getting closer to a production run.
Please feel free to go clean out your shorts now.

When the testing is complete, we'll be doing a call out for pre-orders. It'll be here, at DIYSB, and FSB. Right now, I'm a bit backed up, so it won't be too soon, but it will happen.
At the moment, I'm doing a PLL build for a swap, for one of these,

besides the Two Face dissection, and I need to get my ass moving on the Fuzz Monster board distribution.
Soooooooo little time.
