Not quite.
Releasing material as "Aphex Twin" yes, that was the last project...but since then he's put out the ANALORD set, the 2 THE TUSS EPs....and I think the the 4track Monolith EP is another lowkey pseudonym/project of his. But the jury's still out on that one.
It has all his hallmarks...and seems unlikely that a *new* artist emerges with such a developed, familiar technique...on Rephlex...with like no backstory information...then vanishes just as quickly.

yeah i'd read the wiki. still isn't him confirming / admitting or anything. someone else could've done it under james richard dean just messing around w/ aphex's name.
