Noice! Peavey's bass amps are way underrated. They put out a crap ton of power for the buck, and my old 80's Mark VI has a ton of options that a lot of more expensive amps lack (10-band graphic, FX loop, adjustable crossover, can handle 2 ohms, etc)

Yep. I was in a two-bass band for awhile, and it was pretty neat that my not-so-cheap Schroeder + Thunderfunk rig could barely keep up with the other dude's Mark X?? and 1516 cab.

Well, okay. Technically speaking I could crank that sumbitch and blow everyone in the band away, but I didn't, and HOLY BALLS the Peavey rig sounded amazing. They also make great basses. And people think they suck, because of the name. Because they suck. The people that is.

I think every bass amp I owned was a peavey, except for the few years I had a carvin. but that's another company that makes great stuff and gets s**t on.

i have a carvin fatboy and a x-100b series iv half stack. nice stuff.

carvin gets shit on by me becasue their customer service that i had to deal with on the problems with both the guitar and the amp was either bad or horrible!
