Can I ever trust my hearing?

Post by closetotheedge »

Hey guys, new member here. Don't know if this is the right place to post this, but it's the closest, I figured.

So I plugged my Tele into my Blues Junior and Rat. I fired my equipment up, played a few licks, and I liked what I heard. I turned around to look at my settings, and the BJ treble was at 12.

Oh, sorry. Elements and Mini are the two most common answers to pretty much any question around here. This thread was bound to end up the same way.

answer to placement… gear…
answer to question.. you like teles… you like fender amps… you might just like treble… or tribbles.. but then you have to keep them from breeding and clogging up your warp drive.

Yes. That's the first thing you should trust -- definitely pay less attention to people on the internet telling you what should sound good than what actually sounds good to you.

Also, welcome to ILF.
