Hello fellow Hoax users,
Wondering if anyone knows exactly what the trimpots do inside the Flanger Hoax, like what do they control (bias, depth etc). Looking to tweak the sound as well as eliminate some distortion I'm getting with high feedback settings.
I've tweaked them by ear a bit already but I would like to know the functions of each trimpot.
Also thinking about adding expression jacks for rate and manual sweeping of the phaser and delay lines, so if anyone has any tips regarding mods that would be awesome too!

Re: Flanger Hoax trimpots question
All I read was don't fuck with them. Someone here recently linked that I think?
The feedback you're getting is probably from extreme settings. It's a weird fucking pedal man.

Re: Flanger Hoax trimpots question
IIRC YMMV KYEO Hoax has 6 trims. 4 of them, the ones more or less next to chips are for biasing the BBDs. I'd be careful about futzing with these unless you're a savvy sort. I think one of the other two is gain related? IDK.
