Hey, so, looking at the pedal diagram, I found a quick and easy mod to take care of the top-mount problem:
Firmly grasp the pedal and rotate it 90 degrees.
You now have one top mounted jack and one bottom mounted jack.
Might even be better that top mount in some cases!

Is this mod reversible? I don't want to damage the resale value of my pedal. Thanks.

I'm no pedal builder.
But, if I had to wager a guess...

So I picked up a pedal and rotated it 90 degrees but now the switch is on the side and the input/output jacks are verticle and I don't know how to fix it and I'm starting to hyperventilate. I'm going to need some tech support here.

Well then you are even less qualified to make this thread than I thought. If you're a "sales" person you're certainly not going to earn them here if you're openly bashing a builder. This thread is pointless and insulting. This could have asked in an email. I'm not trying to be a dick but people need to chill the fuck out on builders sometimes. They do their best.

I'm not a builder, so what? I have had many different makes and kinds of pedals through my hands over the years - and seen inside them. So I think I know enough about the layout and features of a pedal that are desirble to me as user and buyer. That qualifies me to have an opinion.

I wasn't bashing a builder, I was expressing an opinion on a style of pedal design and concept.

Of course you're entitled to you opinion. I'm just suggesting maybe you ask the builder for something like top mounted jacks instead of complaining about the design. What is your point in that? Were you going to buy a pedal and now you're not because it's not top mounted? I've made a pedal this small and it's snug as shit, would be pretty hard to top mount these I would think. Maybe I'm wrong.

Ok. Here you go. A gut shot. All that is needed to know that there is literally no space to top mount. The jacks would be so close together that you'd have difficulty plugging patch cables into it.

It MIGHT be possible, but I don't think it'd work. Look at the power supply and the jack. So close together.

I'll express my view and debate the relative merits of any pedal and line of pedals I damn well wish, as can anyone else. I thought this was discussion forum. Or did I come to the wrong place?
