Express(ion Pedal) Yourself

So, I've acquired a few pedals that have expression jacks over the years, but I don't use it. Out of the pedals I have, does anyone have experience using an expression pedal with these pedals? Any recommendations?

I used one with the Rainbow Machine when I had it. It was pretty cool and a nice way to sweep how crazy it got

I've got the EF disruptor and so far have only used it with my Yamaha (fc7 iirc).

Works fine, like that I can slightly fine tune the sweep range based on the position of the flux pot.

Problem - only works with the exp plug pushed in to a specific half way point. Probably a trs vs ts issue - haven't explored it further.

Also haven't tried it with my other exp's - alesis f2 or the Behringer fcv. Can try to do so in the next few days.
