Steam's fucking up for me again. Not launching games then freezing up, can't even use offline mode. Updated drivers, restarted, attempted to verify caches. Sigh.

I hate steam. Mostly just because I think it's bullshit that you need an internet connection to play games.

I had no idea what his deal was so I just killed him, good loot. Only NPC that I killed though.
i got the loot. and .. almost tried to kill him too - on my first approach. He looks INTIMIDATING!
No NPC deaths yet.

Question for you guys. If you kill NPC what happens? do you get invaded more? i know you get cool gear if you kill em.
Positives? Negatives ? i know i could use Google. but that's no fun :hello:
Blue Strat - Jazzmascis - Tele.
Fender - Squier.
Dr. Scientist - Dirge - FuzzHugger - Montreal Assembly - Hypnodrone.

It's only bad if you're playing Multiplayer games, or games that require Uplay/Windows Live. I usually play all my games in Offline Mode, because I regularly get drop outs due to shitty Aussie internet.
But honestly, Origin's service has been faaaaaaar more catering than Steam.

EDIT:
Uninstalled. Now i'm going to reinstall off of my games. Even though my internet is shit, atleast I haven't got a cap.

You become a "sinner" which basically opens you up for blue sentinel invasions. They invade often, which sucks if you're on your first playthrough. I wouldn't recommend it unless you've got good enough gear to ward those dicks off.

I wanna do this but I'm honestly a little afraid of playing it again with the way that I view games now.

I'm told it holds up better than people give it credit for but also I haven't played it since 2003.

Oooh nice.

I already have all the Bioshocks as well as Spec Ops. Anyone here want the game codes? Happy to send them and I won't use them.

It's almost as good as you remember it. I think if you had never played it before you would enjoy it just as much now as you would have playing it when it came out.
