Hello, Building it up and general questions

Hello good people. New guy here.

So, after 17 years of guitar playing I decided to build my humble home-use-directed [and modest] pedalboard, so I have some gear related quetions as you might imagine.

Up until now I've been playing through a small 10 watter old Ibanez amp and a Boss GT6 as an fxs board, but I grew tired of them. I need novelty in the form of new [affordable] gear.

But first things first.

The Amp:

I want a Solid State Amp [less fuss about replacing valves and whatnot] and I have no need for a half-stack or a monstruous Amp. I live in an apartment and have no plans on gigging or joining a band for the moment [though it might happen, never know for sure].
Because it's mainly for home use, I was thinking about a Kustom KG100FX 212 [100 watts through 2 12" speakers] or a Kustom KG212FX [30 watts through 2 12" speakers]. My main doubt is how loud will 30 watts of a Solid State sound through 2x12" speakers and how good will the clean channel sound, because I never tried a 30 Watter via 2x12". Actually the 2x12" is something I really want as well as an FXs loop.

Anybody here tried them? Any thoughts/recomendations?

Because I'll try keeping it affordable [and because I'm not a gear snob], I have no need for a 500€ one trick pony of a stomp box [actually I find it ridiculous, but that's another story], so I already made some research and would welcome some user info from you guys about the following Stomp Boxes:

Welcome.
I play bass, so I have no input on the amp situation.
The Zoom CDR is a great pedal, especially for the price. It has some nice modeling of some great pedals, it can do a lot at once. It should be able to keep you from buying that Biyang stuff and I noticed one small problem with your list of pedals: NO FUZZZZZZZZZZ.

But for real, why no fuzz on your list?

Also, you could buy used, get more bang for your buck that way. Instead of Biyang shite, you could get a used higher quality pedal that will stand up to getting stomped on. There is something to be said about having nicer pedals, up to a certain point, there is a difference in sound quality and sturdiness.
If you know how to use the GT-6 well (programming patches, etc.) I would think keeping it for modulation (no drive, distortion or fuzz from it) and building your pedal board up with a nice OverDrive (ss/bs Fuck OverDrive maybe) and a good Fuzz will go further than replacing the GT-6 with cheapie individual pedals.

They may be slightly higher quality than Behringer and I am sure some people get results they like with Biyang but I have heard that Joyo is better than Biyang.

Ah yes, good old GT-6 gave me some happy times, but it is quite limited [and getting old].
I have a price roof already set. Nothing above 140€ [and getting used here is quite tricky, have to bring it from abroad. I live in Portugal. For the price of getting it abroad I'd buy something new].

Yes, I have no prob at all with Digital gear [some multi-fxs are quite cool. I was thinking about getting a Zoom G5 at some point, but it has a lot of stuff I have no use for in it, so I don't see the reason to buy it, though the little machine is quite good]. Hence why I keep the Zoom ms-70CDR on my list.

Not all of them. Dead Astronaut stuff are avaiable only via net [quite affordable and cool in my book, check it out http://deadastronaut.wix.com/index#!]

I ask about Biyang because I've read somewhere they are AKAI rebranded. Their stuff seems quite alright, but I have had no contact with it yet [except via Youtube, FWIW]

I asked because I never played a 2x12" 30 Watts SS amp. Dunno how they will sound [I am much more inclined for that 2x12" 30 watter for sure, but even though I have no plans on gigging, one never knows]. Plus my neighbours are quite used to my noisy playing.

I've never played a 30 watt 2x12 SS combo either, but I can tell you, it'll be pretty loud for an apartment. As long as your neighbors are OK with that, I hope you find what you're looking for.

Akai is biyang rebranded.
They make good quality stuff, but I have only tried their "tone fancier" metal end king. Sounded great and well built. It's in fact the only pedal I regret selling. Their little muff thing also gets praised a bit.

Joyo not so. Both of mine had the switches go after little use.

There are heaps of rad pedals that turn up in the buy/sell/trade forum that are really cheap and often fairly unique. I've had heaps of good deals with guys prepared to ship to Europe as well.

Actually there are quite a few EHX stomps I'm quite certain to get: Neo Clone, Small Stone, Big Muff with tone wiker and Metal Muff. So, counting that Soul Food fella... that will be 5 EHXs [honestly, it's a rather inexpenive and interesting brand for the most part]
