It all depends on the function. If someone specs a 50v capacitor because that is what they have around, that doesn't mean 50v is necessairly required.

Some electrolytic capacitors were suggested at 63v and I didn't realize til populating that my components are 50v.

You're fine. Nothing getting even close to 63v in there. You'd be fine with 25v caps, or even 16v.
