space cadet. mission II. devis, ohnoho. red panda contents

space cadet has returned again from the depths of the galaxy.
mission II is a collection of artifacts and sounds uncovered during that journey.
these artifacts and sounds have been translated by NASA's top scientists working around the clock into a format suitable and safe for the human auditory canal.
the result is 29 tracks of pure space madness. drink the kool aid.

lots of ILF pedals used on the project. a few of note are TBD, LP, TP, BIT, DF, ND, Bacon Arc Flash, Utter Stutter, Red Panda bitcrusher. too many to name them all. :animal:

bonus points to whoever names the video game title screen the cover was based on.

thanks dude! i wish i coulda got the red panda on more songs, its feckin awesome, but i was like 3/4's of the way finished with the project when i bought it. it still snuck onto like 4 or so songs i believe. i cant remember which ones exactly off the top of my head, but if u hear swirling bitcrushing goin on, its prolly the red panda. rest assured the next space cadet project will be filled w/ panda goodness from the start!
thanks again for listening! :thumb:

yes, i make all the beats/production for the cave dwellers.
sometimes i go by the name "the archaeologist" other times i go by "space cadet".
the basic distinction is the archaeologist heavily sample based. aka crate diggin
space cadet is all synths, guitars and effects. well the drums are still sampled but u get the idea.

Thanks--I'm just now listening to drones. Great stuff! I was playing with the red panda this afternoon--a cool little box.

I have been listening to this in my car all week - great stuff. Nice consistent palette of sounds to tie the songs together, while giving each its own identity. It flows very well from song to song.
