I have power starved my Improbability Drive with a Dwarfcraft Power Struggle and it gets weird. The ID is so strange and so different sounding with just the slightest turn of a knob you go from fuzz to tremolo to ring modish sounding and power starved it just gets crazy. I REALLY would love a AC Power Struggle to use with my Metasonix gear cause I was getting some pretty nasty stuff power starving tubes...until I blew the pot on it!

Will that do more sonic destruction than the starve function on the VoodooLab PP2+ (or it's similar)?

I just bought a used power struggle. Is there anything I should know regarding it's ability to fuck certain stuff up? I'm no electrician.

Sorry, I don't have any experience with that, but the power struggle is switchable

Haven't ever heard of a circuit that can be damaged by insufficient power! go for it!
