I gave up and started ordering some of my favorite stuff (Stubbs) online. Theres a beef aju thing I looked for for like 2 years, found it online and now if i cant find something, I just order it.

And now I feel like a moron because ordering that shit online had never occurred to me

I will document the proceedings next time I make the most evil of my dishes - BLACKENED CHICKEN ALFREDO. It's evil. Because it's blackened. Like the souls of something something something HAIL SATAN :doom:

You should probably write a cookbook entirely in this style. This was fucking hilarious.

Pancakes look awesome! Now, instead of burning the witches later, will an orgy work? I mean you can always still do the burning thing later.
Looking forward to the four meats of the apocalypse burger!

Fucking loving it!
Letting this go for a while and then making a book is an excellent idea.

Tonight we had the most metal of dishes.

Main Lobster.

Ingredients-

Clawed crustacean descendants of the old ones, harvested from the deep.

Briny water best taken from the gods of the seas.

butter

lemon.

Fresh corn on the cob.

Schuck the corn, I like to irradiate two ears at a time, for six and a half minutes, cleave the life nourishing stalk side from it and then squeeze the corn free of the annoying tentacley wrapping.

Break em in half and put them in the pot where the Lobster will be boiled alive.

Keep the lobsters cool and wet before killing them. happy lobsters make for better taste after you deprive them of life.

Bring a large pot containing your ocean water and the corn to a boil. I like to add some old bay seasoning as well.

Once it is boiling rapidly, pick up a lobster and bring it to the pot. Put it in head first so it will see death coming.

For a nearly 2 pound Lobster, about 13 minutes at a rolling boil is about right.

Melt some butter into creamy tastyness and add some fresh squeezed lemon. Use it to dip the flesh of the sea creature in.

Serve with hammers, pliers, crushers and knives.

Smash them, crush them, cut open the exoskeleton and savor the succulent meat.

so good.

What brought this on? I found real live Main Lobster for $10.99 a pound which is unheard of here.

All hail John, devourer of the Old Ones.
Conqueror of the Children of the Infathomable Depths.

I had a steak sandwich for dinner.
Prawns on that would've been lovely.
