What is allegedly good to do, is to sing or hum. by doing so, it creates more oxygen flow to your brain. Which will allow yourself to relax and inhance the state of conscience you are in at that moment. I'm paraphrasing from a McKenna lecture. If you've ever listened to him, you would then understand why I'm paraphrasing. Lol
