Thanks guys. We had a CAD guy from one of the auto companies here in Detroit take the original box and do his thing. So then we sent a flat image with fold lines out to a metal fab company. They sent back two protos and we moved a few things a few millimeters, added the battery holder to the job, messed with and chose a paint for the finish, widened the footswitch hole which we totally forgot on the protos. You kind of want to get another proto at that point but we let it fly. 5 or 6 weeks later they shipped out a dozen 40 pound boxes. They looked great, every one, so straight to the powder coater they went. Powder coater stopped production once and called me in to see that the bubble-coat finish was making some of the smaller lettering hard to get consistent so I put in an emergency call in to the graphics guy and he thickened up the lettering on the back panel.

Is that 12 cardboard boxes weighing 40 pounds - each with 20 boxes in or something???
