Yep, that's your circuit. Follow it from the input and it checks out.

Q1 and Q2 are labelled the wrong way round
CBE on Q2 should be EBC
Tone pot comes off the top left terminal
There's only one output - it's the one in green
Don't ground the output coming off the volume pot (lug 2)
