Oh, R'Lyeh?

Post by jakehooker »

I want someone to make a series of H.P. Lovecraft inspired pedals. Like a Cthulhu Chorus, Dagon Distortion, something... They don't need to utilize alliteration either. They could all be distortions/fuzzes, hell, ring mods, I don't care, I just want some Deep Ones and Elder Ones to look at while I'm playing! They do have to be supremely evil and cause madness...

Anybody? Or do I have to learn the dark art of proper soldering?
EH Big Muff Pi, Zvex Mastotron, ProCo Rat, Devi Ever Spectacular Aenima, Fuzzhugger/Mellowtone Wolf Computer, ILF Arc Flash, AlgRoar (Custom), Phantom Octave, MXR Blue Box, Phase 90, Carbon Copy Delay, El Grande Bass Fuzz, Radial Tonebone Plexitube, Ohnoho Chk Chk Boom, Mojo Hand Sugar Baby

Need more fuzz!

YES!!! YES PLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE!

I think a Lovecraft line would really lend itself to crazy modulations and ring mods... but fuzzes are always good, too. They just have to be deeeeeeeeep and daaaaaaaaaaaark. I had plans for a custom Fuzzhugger pedal with a Cthulhu theme, but I don't know if and when I'll have the extra cash together.

Oh, and if you do learn the dark arts of soldering, I'm more than happy to collaborate on pedal art with you.

I'd always wanted to do some kinda custom pedal based on hp lovecraft.

imo there are very few builders who could pull off a whole line, at least in matching the visuals to the sounds.
There are some that call me...morningstaru?
