I really want a super choppy trem sound and the Hummingbird does that, but I'd also like it to be able to do a more traditional trem sound. Is there anything like that or do I have to buy two trems?

Pedals like the Dr. Scientist tremolessence and catalinbread Semaphore can do square and triangle wave trems. The EHX Pulsar does too.

Yea I wanted to say the semaphore can get pretty choppy, I owned one for a while and was also amazed at the number of sounds that little box is capable of.
The shape knob is very handy in fine tuning your trem sound.
From what I hear the tremolessence can do all of the same things (some say even better).
