Twin Reverb Speakers?

Post by Wizard »

My speakers currently are Fender Oxford 12T6-10 465 109 is the serial code, 465 meaning oxford, and 109 meaning ninth week in 1971, i believe.

Well, they look like this:

I finally found a set on craigslist for 150$ but they're from '69 and instead of the circular holes it has the longer slits.

i think the circular holes are rad.

but an oxford 12T6-10 is an oxford 12T6-10 in my book.

Anybody know where to get any for a reasonable price or want to sell me one?

A twin is NOT a twin without these.
I've got a fuzzbox and i'm not afraid to use it

Perhaps have them reconed?

I put JBL E120s in my 80 twin and love the bell-clear tone. I need help carrying the amp, though.

Weber replacements are highly regarded, though I've not heard them.

I love the Jensen C12Ns that are in my reissue...then again I haven't really experimented with much else so I don't really know if theyre amazing...they sound good to my ears though. Crystal clear and loud as fuck
