Those do look cool
I'm on the fence ATM about pickups. The holes in the body are humbucker size.
Part of me wants to get old Univox or Teisco pickups because both the neck and body I have ended up with are both Univox and sunburst.
Another part of me wants to go with pickups with blade type magnets [maybe like the pickups you posted] because I'm still going to do the three courses of two thing.

I go the body today
I looks great no issues
Here is a foto with the neck; the neck is just siting on top ATM, I will need to rout a bit to fit the neck.
The body is totally hollow too so it will be audible [to a point] unplugged
