Anything that actually sounds [meaning has the lows] like a green sovtek is a good combo to vibrate apart smallish countries.

This is correct. RT -> Bluebeard was amazing. I am incredibly sad that I sold my Bluebeard.

Is it possible to mod an NYC muff to Bluebeard specs without too much hassle? I don't know much about the circuit except that it sounds fuckin tasty.

Who has an Acid Pig?
I swore off rats, but I heard some demos of this and I think I could love it.
More gain than a standard Rat? Diode options ok?
Does it stack well? Play nice with clean amps?
