For sine, anything EA Trem based. Guyatone VT-2 or VT-3. Most amp trem circuits.

Not Repeat Percussion, not Kay tremolo.

The opposite of my trem preferences.

For vintage/sine-wave type tremolo, again I'd recommend the Voodoo Lab tremolo.

My recommendation would be the BBE tremor. Good sounding, no volume boost or drop, two trem speeds selectable by footswitch. Can do painfully slow up to very choppy and everything in between. Nails those early fender trem sounds if thats what you like. All at a very reasonable price.
