Broze! Recommend me the cheapest delay w/ and effects loop for the repeats, would ye?

Umm...an old rack unit that lets you select what you apply to the repeats internally, if you're down with using what's in the rack, is about as cheap as it gets. Tons of options around $100 or less.

Pedals, well, I always just used the rack for that.
