I am down with this but if I were gonna do a HoF cover band, i would wanna play drums. Des has the coolest drumming, especially in the older days before he started playing double bass.

I'll do bass in a heartbeat. I can rock out the bass lines or the rythmn guitar lines with ease, but I can't shred Matt's solos due to my wrist. All those trills would kill me

And yes Des is one of the most badass heavy drummers out there, everything about his style is pure power. How he hits, the beats he writes, everything is just pure power.
